Bought Margarine and got AolCD

To all those interested or concerned.

I am a long time fan of Stereolab. I recently purchased 'Margarine' from BORDERS bookstore in S. California. When I got home I opened the CD and found 'AOL 1045 hours free.' I thought it might be a clever message by Elecktra, but to no avail. I just spent $19 on a closed and sealed AOL CD in the Margarine case. I have pondered returning it, but I am keeping it as a reminder to never buy CDs from BORDERS again. I know there are many ways to interpret this experience. I choose the Live & Learn option, while letting as many people know as possible.

BTW, I went to Amoeba records in Hollywood and bought 'Margarine' again without dissappointment.
