Released by Duophonic Ultra High Frequency Disks in UK and Elektra (or its subsidiaries) elsewhere.

The initial pressings of the Duophonic CD came in a card sleeve. Later pressing are in standard jewel case.

Double 12" vinyl in a gatefold sleeve. First pressing of Duophonic edition was on yellow glitter vinyl. The second pressing was on black vinyl.

Warner Brothers in Germany managed to squeeze all of the tracks onto one piece of black vinyl, in a standard sleeve.

The Japanese CD includes a bonus track, 'Brigitte'.
