The first 48,000 copies worldwide of the CD edition came in a cardboard gatefold sleeve. Some people experienced 'nipple' [the cardboard disk that held the CD in place] failure but a swift dab of glue generally rectified the problem.
Japanese CD includes 3 different coloured Cliff stickers. Also a slightly different track list to the UK and North American versions: track 21, "Freestyle Dumpling" replaces "Seeperbold".
Limited edition Japanese vinyl box set (released on East West Japan), 2500 copies only. Comprises: disk one on light blue vinyl, disk two on clear vinyl and disk three on orange vinyl. These are in the same gatefold sleeve as the UK vinyl, and came with with a t-shirt, some stickers and a bonus glitter yellow vinyl 7" (D-UHF-D21), all presented in a cardboard box.
